By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Pay all fees and charges as specified at the time of purchase
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Pay applicable taxes and transaction fees

5.3 Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or subscription fees.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violating these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with appropriate notice. We may also terminate the Services entirely with reasonable notice.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. You may export Your Data before termination. We may delete your account and data after termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

13.1 Informal Resolution
